Sample Policies/Procedures and Resources for Community Organisations
-
The Illawarra Forum Inc. is a regional peak organisation for community services in the five local government areas of the Illawarra: Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, Shoalhaven and Wingecarribee. It has developed a range of fact sheets and resources for community organisations to help manage their affairs. They include basic policies, procedures and forms covering for example, human resources, OHS and meeting management. (Please note: These will need to be adapted to each organisation and, while in general, these provide useful starting points to build your management systems it is likely they will need to be added to cover many of the requirements for ACiA Certification.)
